Well we Pakistanise do not need any sort of compliments that ISI is on top we well know about our intelligence and why ISI should not be on top whereas our maximum economy spending on army. On other hand, indians do always jealous about our reputation. We people were strong and are and will strong.

ISI is very powerful no doubt but it is also cancerous, already beyond the control of its government. If they did not know, how can it be said that ISI is the best. If you can’t even find someone in your own country how can they be the best? It is the CIA that finally found Bin Laden. ISI is not better than the CIA. The CIA’s budget is in the tens of billion of dollars. Not counting that of the NSA, which is said to be able to listen and record phone calls, texts, e-mails and faxes through out the whole world. ISI does not have these abilities. The CIA has the best special forces operators in the world. The Special Activities Division of the CIA hires former Delta Force and DEVGRU special forces operators and then trains them at the “Farm” for the year long spy course. So, they are already the best sepecial forces operators and then trained to become spies. They were the first forces in Afghanistan in 2001. I am not saying that ISI is not a good spy agency. They are more renowned than their Indian counter-parts. But if you can’t control rogue agents, then it means the agency can’t be fully trusted to carry out the intersts of their nation.
